Here I'm sharing steps how to install Ax 2012 R3 with CU8 by using slip stream
-> I wrote about this back in April - How to Install Ax 2012 CU-8 .

But by using the above process there is a problem with kernel version and application version matching problem.
->So there is other process called Slip stream to install AX 2012 R3 -CU8
